AmCham is currently involved in several projects:
- Removal of business constrains. This week, AmCham along with World Bank and business associations have raised concerns regarding the draft amendments that would extend the competences of over 30 state control bodies. In this line, AmCham has asked the project to be withdrawn at this stage since it was not publicly debated, and needs further improvements.
On this occasion, we kindly ask members to submit any proposals on this matter to Sergiu Chirica, Projects Manager for Regulatory Affairs at email@example.com
- The Government initiates work on a new Labor Code. In the upcoming year, AmCham along with fellow associations and state representatives will contribute to drafting a new Labor Code. The projected legislation will be focused on transposing the best international practices in the area, to make the national labor market more efficient and responsive to business needs.
