AmCham Met with Ministry of Finance
On May 12th, AmCham had a meeting with representatives of Ministry of Finance and other business associations to discuss the methods of invoice and VAT invoice improvement. Hence, it was decided to implement the concept of invoice transfer (not e-factura) via e-mail and the consolidation of invoice with VAT invoice.
AmCham will continue to contribute to the improvement of tax legislation and encourages its members to be involved in this process.
