AmCham Moldova hosted a working dialogue with the OECD team on Moldova’s investment climate, focusing on regulatory constraints, access to finance, ICT sector challenges, business modernization, digitalization, innovation, integration into value chains, investment policy predictability, transparency, public consultations, dispute resolution mechanisms, integrity, and Responsible Business Conduct standards.

AmCham reiterated the importance of a predictable framework aligned with international best practices and highlighted the role of METRIX and AmCham Business CORe as analytical tools supporting data-driven policy dialogue.
