AmCham Participated in CIPE Program on Investment Screening and Economic Security
AmCham Moldova was represented by Victor Baciu, Policy Manager, during a visit to Washington, D.C., organized by the Center for International Private Enterprise for partners from Moldova and Ukraine.
The program included practical sessions on investment screening, economic security, and public-private dialogue, as well as meetings with representatives of U.S. institutions, business organizations, congressional offices, and the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova to the United States. The visit provided an opportunity to present Moldova’s experience in developing its foreign investment screening framework and exchange views on ensuring clear, proportionate, and predictable mechanisms for legitimate investors.
