AmCham Moldova facilitated a dialogue between postal operators and Members of Parliament, focusing on sector developments and the need to align the regulatory framework with the rapid growth of e-commerce.

Discussions addressed key challenges, ongoing legislative initiatives, including amendments to the Law on Postal Communications, and proposals on the taxation of parcels below EUR 150.

Participants emphasized the importance of continued public–private dialogue to ensure a balanced, predictable framework that supports sector development and fair competition.
