AmCham Participated in Consultations on the New Consumer Credit Law
AmCham Moldova participated in the public consultations on the draft new Consumer Credit Agreements Law, organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and the National Commission for Financial Markets.
We presented the business community’s position and concerns, emphasizing the need for a balanced regulatory framework that ensures an adequate level of consumer protection while also considering the practical and operational implications for financial market participants.
AmCham will continue contributing to the finalization of the draft law based on the positions and proposals submitted by its members.
