Thanks to the efforts made during the last few years, the association facilitated traders' activity with precious metals and gemstones.
The condition regarding the sale of articles made of precious metals and gemstones in shops with an area of at least 12 m2 no longer applies from 2023 when these articles are sold online under the legislation on electronic commerce.
