On June 2, Financial Service Committee has met to discuss the draft law on the non-banking financial organizations. During this meeting was debated the necessity of implimentation of the new provision regarding the reglementation of micro finance organizations, the actions that AmCham should take but also the impact of the draft law on the non-banking financial sector.
