Young Professionals Program: training session "Communication: The most important key to leadership success"

On November 7th, American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova held its third learning session of Young Professionals Program.

Our special guest, Svetlana JAPALAU, Manager, BDR Associates Communication, Representative office in Moldova delivered a presentation on: “Communication: The most important key to leadership success”.

This session focused primarily on the role communication plays in leadership. Ms. Japalau taught participants how to communicate effectively to motivate and align their employees and team players with their organization’s vision and goals.
