Dear members,
Please be informed that Financial Services Committee members (banks, microfinance and leasing companies) met on February, 10 to analyze and debate about draft law on consumer credit contracts.
The document is of significant importance for financial companies and therefore the Committee is planning to prepare a position paper in this respect that will be addressed to the Ministry of Economy and authorities supervising financial sector (both banking and non-banking).
