Tax and Legal Committee represented Amcham at the meeting of the Advisory Council to the Ministry of Economy, headed by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy – Mr. Valeriu Lazar. The meeting was focused on ensuring transparency in aspects related to Fiscal Policy Objectives for the years 2011 – 2013. AmCham Tax & Legal Committee expressed its opinion on aspects discussed, proposed various amendments to the tax law, as well as later on offered its recommendations related to VAT refund procedure to the Ministry of Economy. At the meeting the Committee was respresented by PricewaterhouseCoopers Moldova and Hewlett-Packard Moldova. AmCham takes this opportunity to thank all participants for their active involvement.
