HR Committee members met on March 9 to discuss the amendments to the Moldovan Labor Code to be further submitted to the relevant authorities. Each Committee member came with recommendations that were actively debated within the Committee.
HR Committee will continue this effort. If you would like to participate in elaboration of AmCham recommendations on Labor Code improvement, please send us the list of issues of high importance for your Company with proper argumentation of your suggestions.
