Primary topic of discussions set for this meeting was the draft law on consumer credits, as well as the comments that were prepared by the Committee in this respect. Another topic for discussion relates to eventual taxes for supervised entities (e.g. microfinance organizations, leasing companies) that could be enforced by the National Commission on Financial Market.

Further to long discussions, Committee members agreed on several important comments that should be included in the Committee position paper and on the further action points on both subjects. Also, further to the meeting, the Committee will address official position paper on draft law on consumer credits to the Ministry of Economy and institutions supervising financial sector.
