Medexcom is a specialized medical equipment distribution company founded in 2019, established to continue and further develop medical equipment sales and after-sales technical support activities under a new, independent distributor brand.
The company’s core activities include the import, sale, installation, commissioning, and servicing of advanced medical technologies, such as CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine scanners; ultrasound and X-ray systems; intensive care equipment; medical sterilization solutions; medical furniture; and robotic rehabilitation and physiotherapy equipment.
Medexcom operates at the center of the Moldovan healthcare ecosystem, working closely with public healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, central procurement institutions, and the Ministry of Health, as well as with international development partners including the World Bank, GIZ, WHO, UN, and IOM.
The company is the exclusive distributor and authorized representative of several leading global medical technology manufacturers from Japan, Germany, the USA, Poland, and Hungary. It has a strong national footprint, with equipment installed in nearly all public hospitals in Moldova. The installed base comprises approximately 200 medical devices, of which around 70 are covered by annual maintenance contracts.
The company continues to grow steadily, expanding its portfolio and contributing to the modernization and sustainability of the Moldovan healthcare sector.
