Advocacy Alert: Important Draft Acts Implementing the Law on Non-bank Credit Organizations
AmCham is preparing to submit recommendations on the following draft Regulations:
-Draft Regulation on measures to prevent and combat money laundering and financing of terrorism in the non-banking financial market;
-Draft Regulation on approval and registration procedures of non-bank credit organizations in the Register of Non-Banking Credit Organizations
-Draft Regulation on the ownership transparency of the non-banking Credit organizations
