AmCham on the Expected Amendments to the Moldovan Labour Code

AmCham has provided for BizLaw a review on the draft law bringing important amendments to the Moldovan Labour Code, having the purpose to modernize labour legislation, transpose best international practices and reduce the bureaucratic burden imposed on employers.
