More companies are raising concerns regarding the latest amendments to the Law on payment for environmental pollution, specifically referring to the so-called “packaging tax”. AmCham Moldova initiated an advocacy effort for tackling the issue on two dimensions:

II. Peculiarities on the application of the Order on approving Declarations on duty for goods that generate environmental pollution.
