AmCham met with the Head of Customs Service
On May 19th, AmCham Moldova participated at a meeting with the Head of Customs Service Tudor Balitchi, to discuss about the most recent business issues related to the customs, such as certificates of origin, liberalization of customs competence, transparency of the CS’s internal regulations. It was also an excellent opportunity to raise a series of issues related to the interpretation of customs legislation.
AmCham appreciates the continuation of a series of positive reforms in customs services and willingness of authorities to engage in dialogue with businesses, thus enhancing the investment climate.
