AmCham Participates in a Meeting Related to the Electronic Register of POAs
On July 15, AmCham representatives participated in a meeting at the E-Gov Center regarding the implementation of the REUPAN (The Unique Electronic Register of the Powers of Attorney) system.
The software allows notaries to draft and issue powers of attorney via a specialized web portal. On the other hand, the system provides free of charge access to the powers of attorney database, while maintaining the highest information security standards.
