CNFA: Four American experts will provide free consultancy to Moldovan agribusiness

  • 13.04.2010

Four highly qualified American experts will be arriving to Moldova in the month of April, in order to provide local agribusinesses with consultancy on matters of advanced production and business development techniques.

The consultancy will be mostly focusing on vegetable production, including organic production; modern methods of strawberry growing; increasing soil fertility, greenhouse ventilation and heating; as well as developing continuous development strategies for cooperatives. The consulting services will be provided within the Farmer-to-Farmer Program, implemented in our country by the USAID-funded organization CNFA.

This year, at least 15 businesses from our country are expected to benefit from free consultancy, provided by 25 American volunteer experts, which have been selected on a contest basis within the “Farmer to Farmer” Program.
