In accordance with its by-laws, AmCham Moldova is organizing its Annual General Member Meeting (AGM). Therefore, we invite all members to attend 2020 AGM.

We are pleased to announce that HE Dereck J. Hogan, U.S. Ambassador to Moldova, will have a key note address to members of the AmCham community during the opening part of the AGM, prior to the regular agenda.

 Hence, within the upcoming AGM AmCham members will be electing the association's President to serve for 1 year, until the 2021 AGM, when the new AmCham Board of Directors and President will be elected by all members.

All AmCham members in good standing are invited and encouraged to run for the President position. Candidates should hold senior management positions or be part of a top management team, with a sound reputation and solid track record of distinguished accomplishments. Candidates should demonstrate an alignment to AmCham's values and a previous involvement in the organization's activity. All candidates should be well aware of the substantial personal time commitment and active involvement required for serving as the association's President.

 The deadline for submitting the completed Nomination Forms to AmCham office is February 28, 17:00.

 Nominations must be submitted to the AmCham office in an electronic format before the deadline, and must include:

 - The completed nomination form 

- A brief biographical description (200 words)

- Photo

In case your company won't be represented by the company administrator (as according to the official registration documents), please, prepare a mandate for your delegate (sample here) and present it to the AmCham executive team during the registration process.
