As part of the Young Professionals Programm: Today’s Leaders for Tomorrow’s Leaders, members of the Young Professionals Programme took part in an audience with Marina Moraru, the Director of Operations for Mary Kay Moldova. The theme of the session was Visionary Leadership. Attendees benefited from an open session in which they were able to interact with the speaker and freely ask questions. Attendees gained insight on how to implement their vision, not only in the work-sphere, but also in the private-sphere, and learnt tips on how to be a visionary leader.
