On May 24, the Healthcare Committee participated in a meeting with the President of the Parliamentary Commission on social protection, healthcare and family, Mrs. Oxana Domenti. The session covered issues concerning the state registration of medicines’ prices, the negative impact of currency fluctuations on the pharma market, as well as possible amendments to the mechanisms of public procurement and compensation of drugs. In the same time, the participants unanimously acknowledged the need for a timely enactment of the draft Law on medicines and Regulation on ethical drug promotion.
