On April 10, Financial Services Committee had a meeting to discuss the draft law aimed to improve legal framework on pledge of movable goods. Members analyzed the draft law, identified areas for improvement and discussed about potential solutions.
The meeting was attended by lawyers of the largest companies in banking, microfinance, leasing and legal consulting industries, as well as representatives of the National Bank of Moldova and the Ministry of Economy.
