Members of the Healthcare Committee held a joint meeting, on the 20th of June, with the Prime–Minister Advisor on social matters, Mr. Eremei Priseajniuc, General Director of the National Health Insurance Company, Mr. Mircea Buga, and General Director of Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, Mr. Alexandru Coman.
The meeting’s aim was to open the dialogue with the health sector decision makers towards elaborating the Code of Ethics regarding the promotion of Medicines, the Methodology on the inclusion of medicines in the compensation list, and other current issues.
It was a fruitful meeting as AmCham and the healthcare authorities shared ideas regarding the implementation of the draft legislation that we proposed.
