Educatie si experienta:
• Studii superioare (Resurse Umane/Pedagogie/Psihologie)
• Experienta intr-o pozitie similara de minimum 3 ani.

Abilitati:
• Abilitati excelente de comunicare si influentare;
• Abilitati excelente de a vorbi si scrie in limbile Romana, Rusa si Engleza;
• Abilitati excelente de organizare, perseverenta si persuasiune;
• Abilitate excelenta de a se adapta si implementa schimbarile;
• Abilitati de trainer (constituie un avantaj);
• Utilizator confident de PC – MS Office; si ERP-iuri;
• Permis si experienta de conducere a automobilului, categoria B (constituie un avantaj).

Responsabilitati:
• Gestionarea procesului de management al performantei;
• Gestionarea procesului de dezvoltare colaboratori.

Alte cerinte:
• Integritate;
• Orientare catre Client;
• Gandire pozitiva;
• Abilitati analitice, spirit proactiv in solutionarea problemelor;
• Abilitate de a lucra atat independent cat si in echipa;

• Cunoasterea corespondentei si etichetei de afaceri;
• Cunoasterea tehnicilor de vanzari asertive;

Responsabilitati:
• Analiza si prospectarea potentialilor Clienti;
• Crearea si dezvoltarea bazei de date a Clientilor;
• Efectuarea de cold-calling si vanzari active;

• Mentinerea relatiei de incredere si buna colaborare cu Clientii;
• Negocierea si incheierea contractelor;
• Analiza si statistica vanzarilor.
