Parliament adopted the draft law on crowdfunding
On July 7, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopted the Draft Law on participatory financing services (crowdfunding), which will make easier the connection between investors and those who need financing. AmCham Moldova worked, jointly with its partners, for more than 4 years on this document which was finally approved. Thus, crowdfunding platforms will have a clear regulation on the mode of activity, rights and limitations.
The new crowdfunding law will stimulate the market and facilitate access to finance.
