PwC Moldova: Tax and Legal Alert (Moldova) no.6/ 2015: Real estate tax return form

The Main State Tax Inspectorate (“MSTI”) has published an Order approving the new tax return form for real estate tax.

Through this Order the MSTI approved a new tax return form for real estate tax (form BIJ 15) and the instruction for filling it in. Form BIJ 15 has to be submitted by taxpayers starting with the fiscal period of 2015. It replaces the tax returns previously presented, i.e. form BIJ 1, BIJ 13 and FUNJ 13.  [Source: Order of the MSTI no. 495 dated 10 June 2015 approving the standard tax return form for real estate tax (Form BIJ 13) and the instructions for filling it in, onitorul Oficial no. 150 -159 (5192 - 5201) dated 19 June 2015] The takeaway  As of 19 June 2015, taxpayers have to submit to the tax authorities a new tax return form for calculation of real estate tax.
