Ernst & Young starts Compensation and Benefits Surveys in Moldova

Contents of the Report

Salary Surveys consist of two parts and a special benchmarking tool:

• Salary part contains information on fixed and variable pay on the labor market of Moldova (monthly fixed pay and total annual compensation)
• HR policies and practices report covers a wide range of HR management issues, such as non-cash benefits, salary review policies, training programs for personnel, working time arrangements policy and HR metrics
• Special electronic tool for performing autonomous benchmarking analysis of salary levels with the help of the Survey results. This tool allows for comparing salary levels in your organization with corresponding market indicators. The program provides data in the form of tables and graphs that can be copied and used in preparing reports

Timeframe

• Data collection: April-May
• Issue of salary part: June
• Issue of the HR Policies and Practices report: July
