PwC Moldova launches PayWell Moldova – Salary and Benefits Survey 2015

  • 16.04.2015

Current economic conditions have prompted companies worldwide to review their business models in terms of the recruitment and retention of the best employees, while optimising remuneration costs.

To gain an edge in the talent war, companies rely on a combination of strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals, including competitive pay, great benefits and professional development opportunities. Keeping up-to-date with compensation trends can be challenging, however.

To help companies find effective solutions for optimising their HR processes and thereby achieve the desired business success through their own employees, PwC Moldova launches the PayWell Moldova - Salary and Benefits Survey for the ninth straight year.

Each year PayWell presents the latest trends on staff remuneration and benefits policies for the most well-known companies on the Moldovan market. This year’s edition of the PayWell Survey will be released in September 2015.

The uniqueness of the PayWell Survey is in the complexity of the data provided, the clear and complete information on the local labour market, the number of participants and the different approaches used to meet business needs. We would be delighted to see you as a participant in the 2015 edition of the PayWell Moldova Survey.
