Approval of a law which brings changes concerning the applicability of the reduced 8% VAT rate for the goods resulting from zootechnics, plant growing and horticulture, produced, imported and/or supplied in the Republic of Moldova.

Law no. 50 passed on 3 April 2015 was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova no. 84. The law amend article 96 from the Fiscal Code no. 1164-XIII from 24 April 1997.
