Cyber Security Business Development Mission to Poland and Romania, May 11-15, 2015

The U.S. Commercial Service is pleased to inform you about the U.S. Cyber Security Business Development Trade Mission led by the Deputy Secretary of Commerce Bruce H. Andrews to Romania and Poland, May 11-15, 2015. We expect more than 15 leading U.S. companies offering cyber security software, services and equipment, emergency management technology equipment, critical infrastructure protection systems and management solutions, data loss and privacy protection technologies and other cyber security solutions to take part in the mission. 

We are pleased to invite you to participate and attend the Bucharest, Romania stop of the trade mission on May 11-13, 2015. The U.S. Commercial Service will assist with logistics and offer individual matchmaking meetings with U.S. trade mission companies on May 12, 2015.

In conjunction with the trade mission, the Government of Romania (GOR) will organize a U.S. – Southeast Europe Cyber Security Summit on May 12, 2015 in Bucharest to discuss the latest cyber security trends and government challenges. Private and public sector officials from the following markets are expected to participate in both the trade mission matchmaking activities and in the Cyber Security Summit: Bosnia & Hercegovina, Croatia, Hungary, Moldova, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.

Participating in the U.S. Cyber security trade mission to Romania and matchmaking meetings with the visiting U.S. companies is subject to vetting by the U.S. Commercial Service in coordination with the U.S. companies. Approval for participation will be done on a first come first served basis.
