PwC: Digital signature for monthly statements BASS and REV 5

Avand in vedere ca incepand cu 1 ianuarie 2015, platitorii contributiilor la bugetul asigurarilor sociale de stat sunt obligati sa prezinte lunar declaratiile forma BASS si REV 5, pe suport de hartie sau utilizand metode automatizate de raportare electronica, este actuala necesitatea procurarii semnaturii digitale pentru compania Dvs.

Pentru a obtine un Certificat al cheilor publice cu forta juridica (semnatura digitala MoldSign) de la Centrul de Telecomunicatii Speciale a Republicii Moldova, este necesara perfectarea unor proceduri prestabilite si achitarea pretului corespunzator (390 MDL pentru primul an cu dispozitivul de citire inclus, urmatorii ani - 230 MDL).

Va amintim ca certificatele digitale cu forta juridica pot fi utilizate la:
Accesarea serviciilor electronice oferite de institutiile statului (www.servicii.gov.md);
Comunicarea in forma electronica cu institutiile statului (IFPS, CNAS, CNAM etc.);
Comunicarea in forma electronica cu tertele parti, cand este necesara asigurarea fortei juridice a documentelor transmise si primite (Biroul de Credit, AGEPI, banci comerciale, etc.);
Comunicarea in forma electronica in cadrul organizatiei, cand este necesara asigurarea fortei juridice a documentelor transmise si primite electronic.
