INCASO Company, Part of the Group INKASSO Julianus, was founded in Moldova in 2009, although the group is active in the EU since 1994.

The average efficiency of debt collection at pre-trial stage, for the year 2013, accounted for 70% for individuals and 40% for legal persons, directly depends on the age of the debt, debtors portfolio quality of Customer data accuracy.

Most debt INCASO has recovered for the telecommunications companies, Internet and TV. Debtors of these companies have performed over 500,000 payments, which means 55% of total payments. 15% of payments - return to the microfinance companies and banks, and 10% to companies of municipal services / utilities provide, the rest in B2B category.

In 2013, INCASO contracted about 200 new Customers / Creditors who have provided a creditors mass of 100 million lei and at Group level, Julianus Inkasso contracted about 2,200 new customers who have provided a creditors mass of 45 Mln EUR.

Currently INCASO processes about 90,000 of active debtors.

30% of the creditors mass processed by INCASO in 2013 the claims are taken over on the based to contract assignment. Most assigned claims belong to the telecommunications companies, TV, Internet, and the biggest claims were purchased from banks and microfinance companies.

INCASO not only recover debts and provide financial solutions to the debtors, firstly in form of staggered payment agreements, which stops the calculation of penalties and allow debtors pay their debts on favorable terms, individualized. By implementing the strategy to promote payment staggered agreements, INCASO succeeded to conclude about 7,000 agreements, 3 times more than those concluded in 2012.

Most bad payers remain: jurists, lawyers, civil servants, unemployed people or family who ultimately pays on the basis of judgment. And the debtor statistical portrait is the same: male, single, without children, aged about 30 years without stable employment.

It is important to note that has doubled the number of the scammers detected by INCASO.
Many of them relies on the fact that they have two citizens / two passports (60% of scammers have passports from ex-USSR countries). However, services of scoring offered by INCASO allowed the customers to reduce the number of the debtors-scammers 30% and the level
of bad debts from 12% to 32%, collaborating with INCASO having and a preventive effect.
