AmCham Financial Services Committee members participated in the Conference on the development of microfinance organizations held on May, 6
Taking into consideration fruitful cooperation with National Commission on Financial Market (NCFM), AmCham received invitation for its members (microfinance and leasing companies) to come with 2 PowerPoint presentations at the Conference.
Participation in the Conference provided the opportunity for the Committee to express its opinion on potential changes in the legislation related to microfinance organizations.
Please note that NCFM intends to supervise more thoroughly microfinance sector. This will imply serious continuous dialogue with NCFM in order to implement new supervision rules in the right manner.
Prior to participation in the Conference, microfinance and leasing companies had a meeting in order to come with a unified position, suitable for all stakeholders.
