AmCham Moldova community met with the Director of the State Tax Service (STS), Olga Golban.

The meeting took the form of a constructive dialogue with members of the AmCham community on various topics of heightened interest, including:

- Priorities of the new leadership of the STS;

- Tax audits (risk assessment, suspension, frequency);

- STS approach towards honest taxpayers;

- Digitalization of tax services and processes;

- Regulatory framework related to transfer pricing;

- Taxpayer education and training policy, etc.

AmCham Moldova appreciates the openness of the State Tax Service and remains committed to fruitful collaboration, aiming to contribute to enhancing the quality of tax information and transparency in the activities of the STS, increasing the trust of taxpayers and investors, and fostering economic development in the Republic of Moldova.
