HR Committee Updates
On April 17, AmCham HR committee members met H.E. Dereck J. Hogan, US Ambassador to Moldova to share best practices and innovative techniques for professional development and personnel motivation.
This morning, AmCham HR Committee members paid a visit to Orange kITchen to find out how robotization impacts the company processes and how automation can bring competitive advantage and great benefits, starting from simply eliminating lots of manual work, time consuming and costly tasks within an organization and replacing them with automated processes that work faster while reducing redundancy in tasks and overall operating costs.
