Regulations of Arbitration Procedures, Fees and Costs Approved by CACIC Steering Committee
On February 6th, the Steering Committee of the Chisinau International Court of Commercial Arbitration approved the Regulation on arbitral procedure and the Regulation on arbitration fees and expenses.
