Changes on the Procedure of Determining the Customs Value of Goods Approved by the Government
Hereby, we announce that after a long series of negotiations between AmCham and Customs Service on the changes to the procedure of determining customs value of goods, Customs Service accepted most of our proposals, including the exclusion of the Royalty from the Governmental Decision.
The draft Governmental Decision on the procedure of determining customs value of goods was approved by the Government in its session on the 13th of December.
