AmCham met with Ministry of Finance representatives

On February 25th, AmCham had a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Finance and his colleagues to discuss about AmCham proposals related to tax and customs policy for 2014-2016 period, as well as several other topics related to Tax & Legal Committee activities.

AmCham representatives touched upon such issues as taxation of meals and transportation expenses, functionality of general electronic register of VAT invoices, as well as other norms requiring prompt amendment of the tax law as suggested in the recommendations to the Tax policy objectives for the years 2014-2016.

AmCham will continue to contribute to the improvement of tax and customs legislation and encourages its members to be involved in this process.
