SCHOENHERR ATTORNEYS AT LAW: International Arbitration and ADR Conference

On 15 April 2010, the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI RM) will host an international conference on the developments in extrajudicial dispute resolution in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Representatives of AmCham members, including the CCI RM and Schoenherr Attorneys at Law, as well as other arbitration and mediation practitioners from Armenia, Azerbaijan Bulgaria, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, and Tajikistan will gather to discuss the accumulated arbitration and mediation experience, the issues related to jurisdiction of arbitral tribunals, especially arising out of pathological arbitration clauses, as well as certain aspects of recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
