Ethics and Compliance Club Meeting on the Conflict of Interest

AmCham Moldova continues the activity of knowledge sharing within the Ethics and Compliance Club (EC Club).

Last week EC Club members were familiarized with the concept of conflict of interest and good practices in this field.

During the meeting, participants have analyzed national and international legislation regulating the conflict of interest, as well as held discussions on revolving door/pantouflage practice, types of conflict of interest, the perspective of the top management/HR/sales, and the identification and reporting of conflict of interest.

AmCham Moldova is pleased with the increased interest from the business community on business ethics and compliance issues and is convinced that sharing good practices can contribute to building a more friendly and responsible business community.
