BCR Chişinău, along with four other companies, members of the European Business Association (EBA Moldova), held last week (July 9 to 13, 2012) the Summer School for 20 young entrepreneurs.

For five days, participants at Summer School, including the finalists of the National Business Plan Competition 2012, had the opportunity to attend a practical course dedicated to the most important aspects of doing business, such as marketing, business ethics, banking, corporate law, energy efficiency.

"The skills obtained at Summer School in business management will be useful both in professional and personal life of the young participants. We decided, together with a number of companies, to combine our efforts organizing this Summer School, so that young people take advantage of the opportunity to obtain a set of basic knowledge and practical skills for doing business in Moldova", said Sorin Andrei, CEO of BCR Chişinău.

"Summer School that we attended was a unique opportunity for us, young entrepreneurs, given that we benefited of effective trainings, held by experts in key areas for business development, such as banking, management etc. At this school I met exceptional people, experts who motivated me to have confidence that in our country one can develop a beautiful career in any field", believes Sergiu Ciorescu, third place award winner of the National Business Plan Competition 2012, participant at the Summer School.

Practical courses were taught within the Summer School by representatives of EBA member companies: BCR / Erste Group, Gas Natural Fenosa, Prof System and the Lawyers Office Ţurcan & Cazac, aiming at developing business management skills with a focus on practical aspects of doing business in Moldova.
