On June 14th American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova held its first learning session of Young Professionals Program.

The first session had one topic on the agenda:

Energized Leadership & Managerial Skills

Mr. Gheorghe Efros, Director at ProEra Group,  MBA - Newport University, SUA; PMBA - Bled School of Management, Slovenia, has moderated the training course. He presented to the participants the main techniques, tools and strategies of leadership and managerial skills. The participants learned about Mini Business Management, Team Leadership and Personnel Effectiveness and Competence.

The young generation had also the opportunity to share opinions & impressions during coffee breaks.
