Our ๐‡๐‘ ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐‚๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž delved into the art of staying locked in on tasks without losing our precious attention to the abyss of distractions. Maintaining focus is a superpower worth cultivating in today's world filled with constant distractions! Catalin Vaduva, the trainer at Ascendis, brought to the table an innovative system for cognitive training called Brain Coach.

The concept of a Brain Coach finds its roots in the world of high-performance sports, where mental training complements physical conditioning, often being the deciding factor for individual or team success. Similar to how physical training can enhance performance, the mind can achieve higher levels of performance through specific techniques and training. In this context, think of our mental faculties as the "muscles" of the mindโ€”distributive and selective attention, stamina, sustained attention, working memory, dynamic attention, and awareness. Just as physical muscles grow and improve with intensive training, these cognitive skills can also be cultivated to yield noticeable results on an individual and organizational scale.
