AmCham Started the Course on Competition Law
On April 6, AmCham Moldova launched the course on Competition Law, which will extend over a period of 2 months. The objective of the course is to make professionals and lawyers learn about the complex national and international legal environment in which corporations and businesses operate.
Through several case studies, the course introduces some practical legal concepts, pitfalls and compliance that are needed by today’s businesses to comply with Competition Law.
This course covers the following aspects of competition law: economics of Competition Law, merger control, restrictive horizontal practices, restrictive vertical practices, abuse of a dominant position, remedies, etc.
