AmCham Moldova met with Mr. Mircea Buga, Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family
On 10 September, AmCham Moldova met Minister of Labor, Mr. Buga to raise concerns on current defficiencies in labor legislation, key focus being the necessity of improving Labor Code and related labor regulations, paying attention to the draft law on fulfillment of some unqualified activities by daily workers, voluntary medical insurance, concept on employee leasing, reducing time off allocated for childcare, social inclusion of disabled people and other related, crucial topics.
