On May 5th, the Healthcare Committee participated in a joint meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Health, as well as from the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency.
The parties discussed legal and technical issues arising from two draft normative decisions that amend the procedures of medicines’ reimbursement and state registration of prices. AmCham was pleased to receive assurance that its recommendations will be considered in developing the final draft regulations.
