AmCham Tax & Legal Committee was held on October 12.
The meeting was exclusively focused on analysis of Binding Tax Rulings (BTR) practice in the region. AmCham has recently prepared a detailed summary of the regional BTR practice (based on the questionnaires collected by Big Four companies from their regional offices).
Accordingly, the meeting helped Tax & Legal Committee to identify the most appropriate BTR practice for Moldova, as well as to discuss various open questions in this respect.
Further to the meeting, the Committee will formulate its recommendations to the Ministry of Finance.
