Following the meeting at the Ministry of Finance on the latest amendments to the Law on Payment for Environmental Pollution, on February 1, AmCham organized a session focused on the identification of deficiencies of the enacted provisions, as well as on peculiarities on the application of Order on approving the "Declarations on duty for goods that generate environmental pollution".
